Bowenwork utilizes gentle touch to influence the energy systems of the body. However, it is neither massage nor energy work. It is a distinct practice that requires a unique skill set and specialized training.

The Bowenwork technique is what started me on this journey. I was able to achieve my goal of taking the SP2 level and learn from Ossie Rentsch before he stopped coming to the USA. I am so thankful that I learned Bowenwork before massage otherwise so much of what I learned would have been confusing to me. Now massage is a compliment to what I do, not the basic building block of my business. I realize how light touch and sometimes very little touch can make a profound change.
